yorkie puppies. We have gorgeous yorkie pups with baby faces,

Our yorkie & parti color yorkie puppies come is all sizes, tiny yorkies,
teacup yorkies, ultra tiny yorkies, teaspoon yorkies, small yorkies,
petite yorkies & toy yorky's. Our breeding yorkie & parti yorkie sire
& dams are small breeders so we should have what you
are looking for at all times.

I allow several yorkie & parti yorkie  breeders to advertise on my website, they will be totally responsible
for the yorkies they sell!

WE DO NOT SELL TO BREEDERS, BROKERS OR PET STORES BUT WE WILL SELL SOME OF
OUR LARGER YORKIES TO HOBBY BREEDERS.

No yorkie puppie is considered sold until a $300 non-refundable deposit is recieved and the deposit will be
applied to the purchase of the puppy.  Deposits are non-refundable and we do expect full payment plus the
shipping cost to be paid in full at least 5 days prior to shipping any puppy & we do not accept checks.  All
of our yorkies are sold as pet/companion (I.E. limited registration) unless other arrangements
are made in advance.

If you are wanting to pick your puppy or adult up you are more than welcome to come to our home or we
can meet you at the Ft. Smith, AR or Tulsa, OK airport, no charge.  However the puppy price on our website
does not include a vet exam, health certificate, rabies shot, tag or certificate if picking up your puppy, cost
$50. If we need to meet you at the Tulsa, OK airport for the pick up we charge ($85.00), if you fly into the
Ft. Smith, AR airport there will not be a charge, more info for the pick up below:

I am very aware of genetic issues and do plan my breedings carefully but I am not a vet and cannot be
sure of each puppies well being.  If you are picking up the puppy & wish for your puppy to be examined
prior to the pick up, please request this and understand that $50 will be added to your puppy price.  This
is very important if you drive a long distance then get the puppy home and your vet finds a problem it
would be a long drive for a return of a puppy. I can  book you an appointment with a local veterinarian
in this area if you would rather take the puppy for the vet check (no charge) or can have him/her
checked before your arrival.

WE DO NOT LIKE TO SELL OUR YORKIES TO FAMILIES WITH SMALL CHILDREN.  ALSO, I
WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GUARANTEE SIZE AS AN ADULT, WE ONLY ESTIMATE THE PUPPIES
WEIGHT BY A YORKIE PUPPY GROWTH CHART.  IF YOU OVER FEED YOUR PUPPY OR
GIVE TREATS, CANNED FOOD OR TABLE SCRAPS THEN HE/SHE COULD BE
LARGER AS AN ADULT.

All yorkies sold for $1,000 or more come with a genetic guarantee up to one year of age. Any yorkie puppy
or parti yorkie puppy sold for $1,000 or under will have a 72 hour guarantee.  All adults are sold with a 72
hour guarantee. See health guarantee at the top of page.

We will accept Pay Pal for the deposit but the balance plus shipping will need to be paid with Post Office
(government) money orders, Western Union money orders, Money Grams or cash if picking
the puppy up, no checks accepted and please ask questions before sending any money!

In the winter we cannot guarantee the puppy will ship on the day of the scheduled departure because of
the weather & sometimes the flights will be canceled at our airport with no notice to us or our customers
so we cannot be responsible for that. We will however try really hard to get your puppy to you as
quickly as we can & we will try to work with your schedule!
